Work Experience

In my current role, I am responsible for ensuring a smooth oboarding process for our new and transferring cast members. I utilize a variety of computer systems to create schedules, organize meetings and classes, plan and track training progressions, and communicate with other lines of business. Additionally, I facilitate orientations, meetings and tours.

Current project: Organizing the return of resort facilitators. This project has involved vetting the training process, organizing schedules across multiple lines of business, and training area cast members in facilitation skills.
